About the DTI Rotational Program
The DTI Rotational Program is a two-year program comprised of three tracks of four job rotations, designed to build high potential leadership and technical capabilities. DTI Rotational Associates will be exposed to different areas and functions within the Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) business during their time in the program, which will prepare them for roles of varying degrees of responsibilities. As associates progress through the program, they will experience a combination of structured learning, formalized feedback, and mentoring and have the opportunity to interact with senior DTI leaders and participate in key initiatives.
What can you expect as a DTI Rotational Associate? The three rotations are separate programs. Each colleague will pursue one of the three rotation paths and cycle through the four divisions within that rotation in six month increments. In two years the rotation will be completed and an opportunity to become a permanent member of the team will be discussed.
Details on each of the three rotations are below.
"I have been with Fresenius for four years and in that time, I have grown both professionally and personally.
Joining an organization with a culture of serving leadership has significantly changed me and my perspective.
I am more focused on the growth and well-being of my team ensuring that they are provided with support, opportunities to stretch and make an impact on the business."
Beth Young, Senior Director, Learning and Development
