Meet Jennifer

Jennifer Bayonne is a Clinical Manager for Fresenius Kidney Care who has served in the United States Army Reserves for 13 years. Rising through the ranks, she finished with the title of Staff Sargent. Jennifer served for two tours. We are so happy to have Jennifer on our team and are proud of her work at both FMCNA and in the US Army reserves.

From 2005-2006 she honorably served in Afghanistan. She then served in Iraq from 2010-2011. During her service, Jennifer was a Cable and Wire Systems Installer, and as she moved up in the ranks, she worked more on an IT level in Internet Networking and Communications.

What's equally impressive is that Jennifer worked as a Patient Care Technician for Fresenius Medical Care during her entire military career. Through her service, Jennifer not only had a powerful effect on our country, but she also had a powerful effect on the patients she cared for at FMCNA while serving.

She received full support from leadership while performing in this role. It was this unique experience of serving her country while caring for patients where Jennifer was able to discover her true leadership potential.

Jennifer earned her Bachelor's of Science in Nursing while serving for the United States and is now a Clinical Manager for Fresenius Medical Care. Jennifer credits the success of her clinic to a supportive team, dedicated patients, and her time in the Army Reserves when she learned the importance of taking care of people. It's a lesson she has carried through to her work as CM of a dialysis center that ranks in the top 10% in the country.

After becoming a mother, Jennifer Bayonne chose to leave the army reserves so she could dedicate more of her time to her children. Reflecting upon her time is the United States Army Reserves, Jennifer sees many similarities between serving her country and leading her clinic while caring for patients.

Fresenius Medical Care builds its culture centered around four core pillars. These pillars represent what we can offer both professionally and personally to our employees as well as how our employees' constant effort and caring are changing the world.
