We are growing our Pharmacy Call Center team in Lake Bluff, IL!

Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) is the largest provider of renal care products and services in the nation, including state-of-the-art dialysis machines, dialyzers, and pharmaceuticals. We are home to the country's largest renal specialty laboratories. In addition, we supply unsurpassed personalized dialysis care services - including hemodialysis, home dialysis, transplant support services, and in-center services.

In addition to our 2,700+ kidney care clinics that offer direct patient care, we also have a large team that supports the organization in roles such as IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Research and Development as well as our Pharmacy Call Center located in Lake Bluff, IL.  

What Roles Are We Hiring For?

Two key roles at our Pharmacy Call Center include the Customer Care Associate and our Pharmacy Technician.  Both of these roles provide high-level support to patients and our FMCNA team. 

A Customer Care Associate will collaborate with cross-divisional teams, customers, and healthcare to provide excellent customer service through timely and accurate communication. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will process prescription requests and partner with nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare staff to effectively meet our customer's pharmacy needs.

Angeles Sanchez is a Customer Service Team Lead for the Specialist Team at Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA). She has been with us for several years now, and she has made an impact not only in our patient's lives but in the lives of her colleagues. Meet Crystal – Inbound Customer Service Lead in Lake Bluff, IL

Crystal Ramirez is an Inbound Customer Service Lead who has been with Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA) since 2018. She impacts every day in her role and loves making a connection to those she speaks to on the phone. As a former caregiver for a family member with dialysis, she sees herself in many of those she speaks with and uses her knowledge to make sure they feel heard and have all the information they need to make the best possible decisions for their loved ones. To show our appreciation, we celebrate Customer Service Week each year in October. We typically celebrate together, but with the pandemic, we moved our 2020 celebration virtual.  Each colleague received a goodie box filled with a t-shirt, snacks, a ‘yoga at your desk’ booklet, trinkets, and other fun items to participate in activities planned throughout the week such as a scavenger hunt, team Tik Tok dance, and a workspace decorating contest.  This is a week to remind our team how valued they are and how their work makes a difference in the lives of many.
