Veterans and Service Members at Fresenius Medical Care North America
INTEGRITY, DEDICATION TO DUTY, & TEAMWORK
These are all traits that veterans and service members bring to their careers. They're also part of our core values at Fresenius Medical Care North America (FMCNA), and the reason why we welcome veterans to bring their skills to our company and value their military experience.
We want to honor our former service members by hiring and retaining veterans, disabled veterans, and active-duty spouses and leveraging their unique talents and commitment to serving others in supporting our mission of providing the best possible quality of life for our patients. FMCNA has created a company-wide veteran employee resource group (VERG) to continue to support our veterans while they transition to the workforce.
When you join us as a veteran or ex-service person, the leadership and problem-solving skills you've developed – as well as your ability to navigate through an evolving organization – will help lay the foundation for your future success with us. FMCNA believes that our values are embodied perfectly by Veterans through the skills and discipline they have learned as well as their unique experiences.
FMCNA not only supports our veterans, but we also support our military spouses and their commitment to this country. This is why we are a proud partner with the Military Spouse Employment Partnership.
OUR COLLEAGUE VETERAN GROUP
FMCNA is pleased to announce the launch of our new Veterans Employee Resource Group (VERG). This group is open to all veteran employees, their spouses and family members, and interested non-veteran employees – creating a cross-functional community of support.
Our goal in establishing this group is to ensure our veterans can elevate priorities that are important to them and access key resources. Through this group, we hope to gain a better understanding of how to support current and former military personnel and their families – and continue to create a workplace and culture that benefits from the talents and experience of those who have served our country.
OUR MILITARY HEROES
Our FMCNA family has deep roots within the military. Whether it is our own colleagues who served or their family members, our military connections are strong and we are proud of their service.

Cassandra E Adedipe
Director of Operations Monitoring, FMC Operations Integrity Department
I joined Fresenius Medical Care April 2003 as a Registered Nurse. A US Army Desert Storm veteran, mother and wife, the dialysis facility hours allowed me to transition from the military to civilian sector without angst. I was afforded the opportunity to further my education using the FMC's Tuition Reimbursement program. The US Army laid the foundation for leadership, commitment and motivation. Fresenius Medical Care has enabled me to build upon that foundation through teamwork and mentoring.
