LET’S HEAR WHAT JASON HAD TO SAY:

Q: Why did you join the FMCNA team?

A: At first, I didn’t know what Fresenius Medical Care North America was. After doing some research on Fresenius Medical Care North America, I knew it was the company I wanted to be a part of. The company is focused on patient care and believes our employees truly make an impact both directly and indirectly on our patients' lives. Who wouldn’t want to be a part of something so special?

Q: How do you feel that your role is a “vital part” in supporting our patients and our company?

Everything starts in Talent Acquisition as far as supporting patients and our company. In our role in Talent Acquisition, we are focused on finding and hiring the best talent. Hiring talented individuals who are responsible for taking care of our patients whether it be on the patient-facing side of the business or behind the scenes.

Q: Describe an experience or feeling that stands out when thinking of your career with FMCNA?

A: My working background has always been in customer service. I have always had success in my work by following four core values, and these core values are what drive me to be the best that I can be. These core values are Collaboration, Being Proactive, Reliability, and Exceeding Expectations.

On an everyday basis, I collaborate with my Business Partners, providing them the service they deserve. I am very process-oriented and believe in being proactive with my workflow to anticipate obstacles that may or may not come. I am very reliable and always provide a service that exceeds expectations.

The main rules I follow are the sun-down rule and treat others how I would want to be treated. This means I focus on completing all tasks and reply to all business partners before the sun goes down. I also treat everyone with respect and I’m always willing to help because this is how I would want to be treated.

I am very thankful to be a part of such a great company, I’m Fresenius Proud!!!

Q: Do you feel that you have a powerful effect in your role? 

A: I absolutely do!

Hearing my business partners provide me with praise and accolades every time I fill a role is proof to me. Also being recognized by my peers and leadership make me feel like I have a powerful effect in my role.

Q: Have you experienced professional growth with personal meaning in your role?

A: In my role, I feel like I learn something new every day. I am an advocate for change and believe that change is very necessary in order for any company or any person to grow. Fresenius Medical Care North America believes in teaching and training its employees and strives to set each employee up for success.

Q: Do you feel you or your team/department leads, innovates, succeeds?

A: Based on the metrics that are shared with me and our Team, it appears we are doing something right. We are always looking for a way to improve and take things to the next level. We are never satisfied or complacent.

Q: Do you feel that your role allows you to be a partner in caring?

A: I am a partner in caring for everything I do for my Team, my Business Partners, and most importantly for our Patients.

As I have said before, our goal is to hire the most talented individuals so our patients have the best Fresenius Medical Care North America experience possible.
