Meet Molly

Molly Reehl is a Patient Care Technician Preceptor at our Fresenius Kidney Care clinic in Milwaukee, WI. Molly is completing her education and training to become a Registered Nurse and will transition into an RN position upon graduation. Molly always knew that she wanted to become a nurse and because of the strong support from her leaders, that goal is becoming a reality. Molly is a wonderful example of how Fresenius Medical Care supports our colleagues as well as encourages their growth, it is a foundation of our employer value that colleagues will experience professional growth with personal meaning.  We are proud of Molly for pursuing her dreams.

Q:  Why did you choose Fresenius Medical Care as your employer?

A:  I was working for Midwest Dialysis when I first started in the dialysis field. I knew Fresenius Medical Care came highly recommended by several of my coworkers at the time.

Q:  How has Fresenius Medical Care helped and supported you during your time in nursing school?

A:  The nurses I have worked with, over the years, are all a part of the reason I decided to go back to school. My supervisor, Kenyatta Rhone, has supported me continuously throughout this process by being extremely flexible with my work schedule to accommodate my school schedule. She is also an inspiration and great role model knowing she herself started in dialysis as a PCT and has worked her way up to becoming a Regional Vice President.

Q:  Did you feel supported by Fresenius Medical Care throughout your education?

A:  The RN tuition assistance program is amazing. At first, I was scared it was going to be a hassle, but I applied for the assistance and just weeks later my school was sent a check. It has helped to take some of the financial burdens off of myself while I am busy focusing on family, school, and work.  All of the upper management here in the Upper Midwest area have shown me nothing but support from the start as well. They all continue to encourage me to keep going and above that are all such an inspiration to what I strive to want to be one day.  

Q:  Why did you choose to continue to work for Fresenius Medical Care after graduation?

A:  I chose to continue to work for Fresenius Medical Care because I enjoy what I do and I enjoy all of the people I work with. We truly live out our mission statement every day. The quality of care that we strive to give our patients is something I want to continue to do within this company.

Q:  What’s the best part about being PCT?

A:  The best part of being a PCT is seeing what a difference we make in our patient's lives every day.
