Meet Rosalia

Rosalia Rodriguez Oregel is a Patient Care Technician II. Rosalia has both a personal and professional connection to End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).  Read on to learn about what brought Rosalia to FMCNA and what she loves about working here.

LET’S LEARN ABOUT ROSALIA:

Q: Why did Rosalia join the FMCNA team?

A: Rosalia was in customer service as a bank teller just 2 short years ago. However, she carried an experience with her from her early childhood while living in Mexico.  She had 2 brothers who were both on dialysis while still in their teens. Unfortunately, they both passed many years ago, but Rosalia always carried a curiosity about ESRD along with a passion to help patients in some capacity.  When she saw one of our PCT job postings, she was excited about the idea of having a career as a dialysis tech, and is still thrilled with her decision today.

Q: What does Rosalia love about working for FMCNA?

A: She loves being able to genuinely get to know the patients, and that has enabled her to offer education to them which has made meaningful improvements in their quality of life. She emphatically declared “I love my job!” .

Q: How does Rosalia feel that she plays a "vital part" in supporting our patients and our company?

A: She realizes how vital her role is, especially when a patient realizes how much better they feel when complying with treatment recommendations.

Q: How has working for FMCNA impacted Rosalia's life?

A: Rosalia has a much more thorough understanding of ESRD and ensures that she and her family members are tested regularly.
