Meet Rutu
Rutu Trivedi is a Senior Director, Insights and Analytics who joined FMCNA because she wanted to make a difference in the experience of our patients, physicians and customers. She has always wanted to be in healthcare, and chose Fresenius Medical Care because she believes that the company has their patients, staff, physicians and customers close to their hearts.

Q: Why did you join the FMCNA team?
A: I wanted to make a difference in the experience of our patients, physicians, and customers. Enabling the business to be insight and data centric, to help deliver the best branding experience. Ensuring we are meeting their needs and wants to continue their journey with all parts of FMCNA.
Q: How do you feel that your role is a "vital part" in supporting our patients and our company?
A: My role as the insights and analytics leader is a vital part of supporting our company by bringing the perspective of our patients, physicians and customers to the forefront of all decision making. Driving best in class practices and high-quality research to help drive a patient centric culture.
Q: Describe an experience or feeling that stands out when thinking of your career with FMCNA?
A: I joined Fresenius about 4 year ago in the Fresenius Kidney Care division. I started in the insights and analytics function. Personally, I always wanted to be in healthcare, so I could use my unique skills to help patients by bringing their needs and wants to the front of the business. In the last 2-3 years, I have had the opportunity to partner with many groups within Fresenius Medical Care. I was able to drive insights based on data and bringing a patient, staff, physician and customer perspective that helps our brands grow. We are on a journey to enable high-quality research and analytics that will continue to fuel our brands. The ultimate success for me is to enable growth in the most authentic way, by partnering with business partners across FMCNA to help bring insight-based solutions with the end customer in mind. This passion for bringing the patient, physician and customer into every decision is why I do what I do. I chose FMCNA, because I truly believe the company has their patients, staff, physicians and customers close to their hearts and wants to be a authentic leader in the healthcare space. They do so by providing the best quality of care for patient, best opportunities for employees and the best innovations to our physicians and customers.
